Refund Policy

At RBRANDR, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services tailored to your needs. Due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.

 

1. General Refund Policy

 

1.1. All payments made for RBRANDR’s services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

1.2. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of RBRANDR.

 

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

 

2.1. Marketing & Content Creation Services – Due to the time, strategy, and effort invested in creating custom marketing materials, refunds will not be provided once content has been delivered.

2.2. Social Media Management & Subscription-Based Services – Clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice for cancellation. Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service.

2.3. Website & Branding Services – Refunds will not be granted once website development or branding work has started. If the client cancels before completion, a prorated refund may be considered based on work completed.

 

3. Cancellations

 

3.1. Clients may request a cancellation of services at any time by providing written notice.

3.2. If a service is canceled before work has begun, a partial refund may be granted, excluding any administrative or consultation fees.

3.3. If a service is canceled after work has started, no refunds will be issued, but RBRANDR may provide a credit toward future services.

 

4. Exceptions

 

4.1. If RBRANDR is unable to fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

4.2. In cases where a project cannot be completed due to client delays, lack of communication, or failure to provide necessary materials, refunds will not be issued.

 

5. Dispute Resolution

 

5.1. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at marketing@rbrandr.com within 30 days of service completion.

5.2. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions will be communicated within 60 days.
